How many tabs for account history can remain open in the top?? Right now NAV saves 7 accounts but they can be multiples for the same member.
Use the drop-down menu on the far left to display the last 10 names and last 10 account records that you searched for. There is not a limit to how many tabs you can have open .
Once we customize our view, will those changes be saved or will we have to move/adjust the screens and placement each time we log in?
There are several device-specific and user-specific settings in KeyStone. It is recommended that each user logs into KeyStone on every device they would potentially use to complete preferences. Once some are set, they do not need to be changed.
Denomination tracking, PDF settings, other device configuration (check scanner, receipt printer, etc) KeyInsight Settings, Relationship Tree, Tab preferences are all settings that will “keep” the next time you log on to the same device you set them on.
Will we be able to hide some tabs so we don’t have all the tabs showing?
Yes, this is completed when you customize your view when you log on to each computer you will use regularly.
Access to the tabs will be based upon your employee role.
Once you have done the Ctrl + to make things larger, will this need to be done every time you close out?
Ctrl+ impacts the general view of your web-browser and can be used on any web page. This may reset each time a new web-browser is launched.
What are the password requirements?
KeyStone will use your windows user name and password for a single sign on.
Will invoices be processed through KeyStone instead of avidXchange?
avidXchange will still be used to process invoices.
What will the Shared Branches Tab be used for?
At this time, Centris will not be joining the Shared Branch network. This tab will be hidden and unused.
Will the GL tab be used by tellers to process cash advances and other GL transactions?
The GL tab will be used by the Accounting Department. All normal transactions that process through GLs will be done during the transaction in the Transaction Tab.
Will we be able to see the member’s full Social Security Number?
Yes, the hidden SSN is a hyperlink, when clicked on you are able to see the full member details.
Does this mean we will be able to buy coin from the vault without writing tickets?
Many processes will be completed without using paper. Vault buys and sells are just one of them!
Will the image for the Membership only show the State issued DL or ID? Will we be able to manually change this on the profile? How will we get ID images in each account?
The Images area will only show a picture identification scanned in with the branch scanners. The Identification area can house other data manually entered.
Branches will ask every member that comes to the branch to get an image of their identification for stronger security and better member service.
Are there going to be any other websites that we are going to need to access or is everything going to be available to us in the core? How many of our “outside Nav” programs that we have to have open each day to assist members will this new system eliminate?
Take a look at this previous post. What is changing?
Will the tabs clear every time you log off or will they remain until you click ‘Clear Tabs’?
All tabs clear automatically when you log out.
