What is the project team working on?

Retail Testing

• Check Scanners are now online and have started to be tested.
• Signature pads for each station are being tested.
• Cash Recycler has cash and coin loaded and transactions are being processed.
• IMM forms are in the initial phases of being tested and loaded.

Accounting

• 1st Training session has been completed
• Reviewing all GL now that items are being tested to ensure that all transactions hit the correct GL
• 2nd Training session scheduled in July

EFT/ Draft Services

• Trained on processing daily ACH and Check Draft Files
• First ACH deposit file has been tested
• First ACH debit file has been tested.
• First Check Draft file has been tested.

Technology Services

• Installation of all Branch Practice Stations completed
• Installation of all additional hardware (check scanners, ID scanners, signature pads, and receipt printers) will soon be completed for all training stations
• Planning roll out of all hardware to each working stations
• Connections to all vendors that “talk” to KeyStone
