Retail Testing
- Check Scanners are now online and have started to be tested.
- Signature pads for each station are being tested.
- Cash Recycler has cash and coin loaded and transactions are being processed.
- IMM forms are in the initial phases of being tested and loaded.
Accounting
- 1st Training session has been completed
- Reviewing all GL now that items are being tested to ensure that all transactions hit the correct GL
- 2nd Training session scheduled in July
EFT/ Draft Services
- Trained on processing daily ACH and Check Draft Files
- First ACH deposit file has been tested
- First ACH debit file has been tested.
- First Check Draft file has been tested.
Technology Services
- Installation of all Branch Practice Stations completed
- Installation of all additional hardware (check scanners, ID scanners, signature pads, and receipt printers) will soon be completed for all training stations
- Planning roll out of all hardware to each working stations
- Connections to all vendors that “talk” to KeyStone
