I was wondering about the Shared Branches Tab? does that mean we will be able to do shared branching transactions for people? I know right now it’s just our ATM and we are unable to do anything inside. We tend to have a lot of people coming in who are told we do shared branching in the branch when we don’t which can be confusing for people.
The GL tab, will that be used for tellers during CCADVs and other things we need to use the GLs for? Or will that be in the normal Transaction tab? Sorry if this has already been asked..
I love this! How many tabs for account history can remain open in the top?? Right now NAV saves 7 accounts but they can be multiples for the same member.
Great video! Once we customize our view, will those changes be saved or will we have to move/adjust screens & placement each time we log in?
Great video, team! Will we see answers to the questions above? There are great questions already asked that I’d love to see an answer to.
What are all of the OFAC lists that are turned on? How are these lists updated and maintained?

Will every department have access to all tabs?
This video shows the “shared branch” screen and explains this is where we will conduct shared branch transactions. Will this be live to complete transactions for non members with other financials?
Will the Image for the Membership only show the State issued DL or ID? Will we be able to manually change this on the profile?
I can’t seem to get the sound on so I can hear the video?
Are there going to be any other websites that we are going to need to access or is everything going to be available to us in core?
When we change the password for core, do we need the old password to do that?
When we do Vouchers in the GL do we have to just do the transaction in the GL tab or do the transaction like normal?
