What is the Project Team working on?

Each employee will have specialized access to KeyStone based upon their role. There are over 1200 access points and levels that are being fine tuned to ensure you each have access to what you need when we go live.
KeyInsight Set up
KeyInsight replaces Synapsys, Contact Center Blotter, and Lobby Tracker. The team is working on dissecting the current list of Synapsys Service Events and planning out the functionality of how they will translate to KeyInsight.
Reports
Each department representative has been reviewing all their reports that they get regularly and ensuring that they will still function when we go live. They are also looking at the KeyStone reports and system functionality to analyze what reporting will still be needed.
Mock
The team is getting ready to work on our first Mock Conversion. 15-20 Team members will be in two rooms matching over 100 data points of member information from Navigator to KeyStone.
